A Final Semana Aqui Em Moreno
I'm convinced the hardest part of the mission is getting transfered. Today we got transfer letters and I'm getting transferred to Madelena. The last 3 months I've had here in Moreno have been super rewarding and I wouldn't trade them for anything. I have made some friendships here that I'll have for the rest of my life and have learned to be a better missionary. There is a recent convert here João Vitor that is 13 years old and he was baptized a month before I got here. He is one of my best friends now. He's left to come teach with us almost every single day and is one of the best kids I know. It was super hard saying goodbye to him, but I'll definitely visit him before I come home off the mission.
This week was honestly pretty slow. There was a ton of rain, but despite that we still were able to see miracles. It ended up raining Tuesday until Friday and the streets turned into rivers. It was definitely not ideal teaching conditions, but we were able to make some progress. Weve been teaching a group of teenagers and we were able to teach them and get them to an activity. They think the world of us and it has been awesome to get to be their friends and to teach them the gospel. We also were able to have an Elders Quorm activity and find a couple of new people to teach. Overall this week was super good.
I'm super excited for transfers and to see what else the mission has in store for me. Im not really sure how my area is going to be but it'll be a nice change for sure.
Até próxima semana
