Eu Me Esqueci De Enviar Um Email A Semana Passada

Definitely forgot to write an email this week so this ones gonna be a little longer. That being said let's get into it. This mission this year is focused on finding families. We had failed to do so unitl last week when we found three in the same day. We found a family of 5, 7, and 3. Its been super cool to teach them and to show them the blessings their family can receive. One of these families went to church this week and the other two promised to come next week, so we marked all three of them for baptism. The last 2 weeks we've been teaching them the commandments and following up on how its going. So far everyone has been keeping the commandments despite some severe coffee addictions. Besides the families weve done some other things that have been pretty dope. #1. I went on a division with the LZs. I went to a different area for a day and learned quite a bit. We were able to mark a ton of people and practice new strategies that President wants us to try in order to find and m...

What's up everyone. I'm one week older in the mission, which means one more email. We're starting to get into thw rainy season here so everyday is either really hot or really haha. This week we focused on reactivating recent converts and tries to find people that had been to church before, but weren't baptized. It was really cool to talk with the people and help bring them back to church. This week was kinda a normal week in the mish but a few cool things happened. #1. THE VAN On Friday we had a division with the other Elders that live 35 minutes away. We didn't want to pay a lot for an uber so we decided to try public transport. We were waiting in line for the bus and some crazy Brazilian pulled up and said that he would take us there for half the price in his van. We then got in his van and 32 more people got shoved in as well. So we put 34 people in a 15 passenger van for a 45 minute drive. Not to mention that its 90 degrees outside and the van didn't have an...

Primera Semana Da Transferência E Carnaval

Whats up everyone. This week was full of changes and I'm still kinda lost, but its super good to have a new area. Last monday I visited all of my recent converts and the people that we were traching which was awesome. My one convert gave me a soccer jersey and a different one switched ties with me. It was super sad to leave my area, but I was ready to get a new one. Early Tuesday morning I called my uber for transfers. I got about half way to my new area and then he told me I could pay with my card and I didnt have any cash. So the we had to stop at a gas station for like 20 minutes and I filled his gas tank which was kinda wack. Fast forward another 45 minutes and I got to my apartment in Moreno. I got to my house, unpacked my bags, and realized I didn't have my wallet. After rethinking my life decision for a minute, I desperately called the uber driver. By some miracle my uber driver didnt steal my wallet and he just made a pay to drive it back. That was super sketch because ...
